Drug Class: Cephalosporin (4th-Generation)
Mechanism of Action (MOA): β-lactam: inhibits PBPs; broad gram-negative plus antipseudomonal coverage.
Clinical Notes: Febrile neutropenia, HAP, Pseudomonas. Neurotoxicity (encephalopathy, seizures), especially with renal impairment if undosed.
