- Blocks L-type Ca²⁺ channels in myocardium & AV node → ↓ heart rate, ↓ AV conduction, ↓ contractility.
- Clinical Notes
- Rate control in AFib/SVT. Avoid combining with β-blockers (additive bradycardia/AV block) and in HFrEF (negative inotrope).
