Black Box Warning
Increased suicidality in patients <25. (The separate smoking-cessation neuropsychiatric boxed warning was removed by the FDA in 2016.)
Clinical Notes
No sexual dysfunction or weight gain; aids smoking cessation. Lowers seizure threshold — avoid in seizure disorder and bulimia/anorexia.
