- Increased suicidality in patients <25.
- Clinical Notes
- Long half-life — dose changes take weeks to show in plasma; activating. Potent CYP2D6 inhibitor (increases many drug levels). Approved in children/adolescents (MDD >=8 y, OCD >=7 y).
