Mechanism of Action (MOA)
Inhibits serotonin and (at higher doses) norepinephrine reuptake.
Black Box Warning
Increased suicidality in patients <25.
Clinical Notes
Depression, GAD, neuropathic pain. Dose-dependent ↑ blood pressure; pronounced discontinuation syndrome — taper carefully.
