Binds the α2δ subunit of voltage-gated Ca²⁺ channels → ↓ excitatory neurotransmitter release.
Clinical Notes
Neuropathic pain, postherpetic neuralgia, adjunct seizures, restless legs. Sedation/dizziness; renally cleared; misuse potential.
