- Clinical Notes
- First-line for symptomatic BPH and, off-label, medical expulsive therapy for distal ureteral stones. Orthostatic hypotension/first-dose syncope; intraoperative floppy iris syndrome (warn before cataract or glaucoma surgery); retrograde ejaculation.
