- Premature discontinuation increases thrombotic risk; spinal/epidural hematoma with neuraxial procedures.
- Clinical Notes
- AFib stroke prevention and VTE; no routine monitoring, fewer bleeds than warfarin. Reverse with andexanet alfa. Avoid with mechanical heart valves.
